Currently, you are paying $35.51 per month for a basic Legacy Bulk Cable TV package through your HOA assessments. The existing agreement with Spectrum and the Serengeti HOA has-expired, and the association is currently on a month-month contract. Spectrum is offering a-renewal, which includes a bundled TV & Internet package for the residents of Serengeti.
