There shall be no fences permitted on a lot within the development unless they comply with the requirements and are approved by the Architectural Control Committee. These provisions do not apply to the Common Areas. The Developer will have sole discretion in fencing in these areas. No fences or hedges shall be in conflict with any improvements provided by the developer.
