Without limitations, no tent, barn, mobile home, motor home, or other temporary outbuildings shall at any time be erected and used temporarily or permanently as a residence, except temporary buildings used by contractors in connection with the construction. No above-ground swimming pools may be constructed, Accessory storage buildings, garages, workshops, etc. shall be of new materials and aesthetic design. Prior to construction, any accessory building must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee.
